Before your experience, we agree upon a secure method of access to your home - temporary smart-lock, keypad, existing secure key safe, or building concierge, whatever works best for you. You or your nominee retain access control at all times, of course.
Any alarm or special instructions are agreed.
We confirm which parts of your home Luxûreté is, and isn’t, authorised to enter.
Private or restricted areas remain just that.
Your DBS-checked Luxûreté agents are assigned - becoming the only people authorised to access your property.
We attend at the agreed time, preparing everything specified for your return.
We perform our Final Home Arrival Readiness Check, ensuring all security instructions are fully observed.
A Property Secure Check is completed.
We send you your Home Readiness Confirmation
You arrive back to a freshly Luxûreté-prepared residence.
Property and access details, travel information, all your Luxûreté preferences - everything remains entirely confidential at all times and is retained only for as long as required.
